How to use the portal

Everything you need to know about submitting a request, tracking your ticket, and understanding your project status.

Quick start · How to submit a request
1
Fill in the request form
Visit the homepage, scroll to the form, and fill in your project details.
2
Get your ticket number
After submitting, your ticket number appears on the confirmation page within seconds.
3
Track your request
Visit Track Ticket, enter your number, and see the full status card.
4
Stay updated via email
We'll email you when your request moves stages. Your email link auto-loads the tracker.
💡 Tip: The email link we send you will open the tracker with your ticket number already filled in — just click and your status loads instantly.
Step 1 — Submit your request
Takes about 2 minutes
1
Go to the homepage
Visit obfdreams.com and click "Start a project" in the top navigation, or scroll down to the form.
2
Fill in the request form
Provide your name, email, project type, priority, deadline, whether a kickoff meeting is needed, and a description of what you need. The more detail, the better.
3
Submit and wait a few seconds
After hitting submit you'll be taken to a confirmation page. Your ticket number will appear automatically within a few seconds — no need to refresh.
4
Save your ticket number
Copy your ticket number (e.g. OBF-292026-14638) and keep it safe. You'll also receive it by email. You'll need it to track your request.

Don't close the page right away. The ticket number takes a few seconds to generate. Wait for it to appear before navigating away — or check your email for it later.

Step 2 — Track your request
Check status anytime using your ticket number
1
Open the tracker
Click "Track ticket" in the top navigation on any page, or visit obfdreams.com/track-ticket.
2
Enter your ticket number
Type or paste your ticket number exactly as it appears in your confirmation email (e.g. OBF-292026-14638) and click Track.
3
View your request details
Your full request card will load showing who it's assigned to, the current pipeline stage, deadline, progress bar, and more.

Tip: Your confirmation email contains a direct link that opens the tracker with your ticket number already filled in — just click it and your status loads instantly.

Understanding pipeline stages
What each status means for your request
New Request Your request has been received and is waiting to be reviewed by the team.
In Review The team is assessing your request — reviewing scope, timeline, and feasibility.
In Progress Work has started! Your request is actively being worked on by the assigned team member.
Completed Your request has been delivered. Check your email for the final output or next steps.
On Hold Your request is paused — usually waiting for more information from you or a dependency to resolve.
Reading the progress bar
Time elapsed between submission and your deadline
Green — On track
More than 3 days remain before your deadline. Shows days remaining.
!
Amber — Near deadline
3 days or fewer remaining. The team is aware and prioritising your request.
Red — Overdue
The deadline has passed. The team will reach out to discuss revised timing.

The progress bar only appears if a target deadline was set when your request was created or updated in GHL. If no deadline is set, only the pipeline stage is shown.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to common questions
I lost my ticket number — what do I do?
Check your email inbox for the confirmation email sent right after you submitted. It contains your ticket number and a direct tracker link. If you can't find it, contact the OBF Dreams team directly.

The tracker says "Not found" — why?
Make sure you're entering the ticket number exactly as it appears in your email — including any prefix like OBF- or Mira-. The search is case-sensitive and must match exactly.

How long does it take to get a response on my request?
The team aims to move requests from "New Request" to "In Review" within 1 business day. You'll receive email updates as your status changes.

Can I submit more than one request?
Yes! Each submission creates a separate ticket with its own unique ticket number. You can track each one independently.

My ticket number never appeared on the confirmation page.
The ticket is generated by our system within a few seconds of submission. If the page timed out before it appeared, check your email — the ticket number is also sent there automatically.

I need to update my request — how do I do that?
Reply to the confirmation email or contact the OBF Dreams team directly with your ticket number and the changes you need. The team will update the request on their end.
